Wellbeing Retreat Half Day - Sitting With Loss

About the Event
Join us for a morning of gentle movement, breathwork, creativity and connection alongside others sitting with loss. This is a dedicated space for people who have experienced some kind of loss - from a bereavement to loss of confidence to loss of connection.
No experience of yoga or creative experience is needed for this session. All activities will be at your own pace and optional. This session will be hosted via Zoom and you’ll be sent the link nearer the time.
To get the most out of the session, you’ll need a quiet space where you can keep interruptions to a minimum. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and if you have a yoga mat you’re welcome to use it. This isn’t essential though as all our movement-based activities will be very gentle. You’ll also need to have a pen, paper and some glue or sticky tape if you have any (don’t worry if you don’t!).
