LOST/FOUND
Supporting individuals with grief and loss
Hello you, how are you doing today? We hope that you’re doing ok however you’re feeling right now. Our Founder, Carly has felt lost at many points in her life, and Lost/Found is our offer to support you with wherever you are at right now. There are a range of options below for you to explore and choose from. We don’t provide crisis or befriending services, and if you’re looking for that kind of support then we might not be quite right for you. However, we might be able to point you in the right direction. We don’t believe that any loss is more significant or painful than another and we all experience things differently. We're especially interested in working with people who are ready to explore the transformational aspects of loss and how our life evolves and changes because of it. Our resources are aimed to support you whatever your circumstances. We know that our work can:
Improve your wellbeing and self care;
Increase your confidence as you journey through grief;
Help you to feel less alone;
Help you to get unstuck and to figure out what is important for you at this time;
Help you to find some joy in your life again;
Support you to realise who you are and how you show up following a loss.

COACHING
Getting Unstuck
Are you feeling stuck, not enough, or a bit lost? Maybe you're ready to start prioritising yourself and looking after yourself a bit better. Would you like to learn some new tools, techniques or think about what next? Take some time out for you with our wellbeing coaching or coaching with collage sessions.
Sometimes taking care of ourselves is the last priority on the list but is so important. Our coaching sessions are friendly, gentle and centred around you and what you'd like to focus on.
Coaching with Collage is a creative technique developed by Unglue You that unlocks unconscious thinking and releases your potential. Using images is a powerful and emotive way to change familiar thinking patterns, enables new insights and perspectives, and raises awareness of emotions that affect decision making. The three stage process encourages open and honest dialogue, and allows for new meaning to emerge over time. Unglue You have worked with all sorts of people including bereaved carers in the past with amazing results.
Carly offers our 1-1 coaching with collage sessions, she has personally accessed coaching for the last seven years and found it to be an extremely helpful and enlightening process. She is a qualified wellbeing coach, a member of the Association for Coaching and is trained in the Coaching with Collage technique accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Carly loves to bring creativity into her coaching sessions with clients but the more important thing is you don’t have to be creative to do it!

Sessions are held online but face to face sessions are available if you’re able to travel to East London. Weather permitting wellbeing coaching sessions are conducted as a walk and talk session (available across East, South East, central and North London). Payment plans and discounts to suit individual circumstances are available.

CREATIVE BUBBLE PACKS AND PRODUCTS
Exploring your experiences creatively
Creativity is a powerful way to help us to navigate many life challenges including sickness, stress and grief and loss (Walter, 2012). Many studies have shown how writing through grief and loss, and especially for bereavement can help find containment amidst chaos, routine and structure, tracking the passage of time, and a place for our feelings to emerge (Adams 1990, pp102-112; Moss 2012).
Check out our shop for our Creative Bubble packs and other products to support you through your own journey of grief and loss. Our writing experience and self-care packs give you all you need to use creativity to acknowledge, process and move through what you are feeling.
