"WELLBEING IS WELLDOING"
Have you ever felt like you aren’t enough? That no matter what you do, you are just not feeling at ease with yourself and at worse are berating who you are and the life you are leading? Feeling stuck and overwhelmed with all of the options, and the seeming appearance that everyone else has got their stuff together, but you don't.
You are not alone.
An underpinning theme of The Loss Project and a driving force for Founder, Carly Attridge’s work has been her experience of an often overwhelming loss of sense of self and more broadly, wellbeing. We also know from our work that the impact of living with losses, grief and bereavement can have a deep and profound impact on who we are, how we view the world, and how we live our lives. The wellness industry is massive and at times very overwhelming and difficult to navigate. We know- because we have been there too. We do not profess to have any magical solutions, to make you a millionaire in ten short steps, nor that our offering is the only way to navigate these tricky areas but what we do offer is an opportunity to create the space you need, for personal reflection, soothing and nourishing yourself and taking action for the life that you want to lead.
We offer you:
A way to explore your wellbeing challenges; this could be stress, anxiety, depression, a general sense of lacking self-care, weight issues or anything else that is impacting on how you live your life that you want to change for the better.
A deep-rooted empathy for challenges on how we show up in the world, and how we feel about ourselves and others;
Internationally recognised and accredited wellbeing coaching services, to help you find the right solution for your own situation;
An affordable and accessible service that is flexible to your lifestyle, hopes and dream;
A fun way to engage with bringing about the change you want to see;
All mixed in with a lot of love, hope, wisdom and compassion.

Working creatively together
Our group workshops are tailored to each client. We have delivered creative memorial workshops, awareness raising and information workshops on wellbeing for entrepreneurs, and a range of other creative activities, including drawing, collaging, and other creative techniques to explore and improve wellbeing. We believe a creative approach can unlock us when we feel stuck and unsure of what to do. Get in touch to discuss your groups needs and learn more about what we can offer.

Hospice Social Worker, March 2021
"I had three sessions with Carly at a time of great change in my life, where several different parts of my life had taken unexpected turns. This included my work, my family and my own health and future plans. I found that coaching helped me to slow down and focus on what’s important to me and give some direction to where I want to be heading. Carly was great at taking things step by step and helping me think through realistic goals. Although led by Carly, the sessions were very much focused on what I wanted to get out of each session, and were adaptable to how I was feeling on the day and what may have changed since the previous session. Carly was non judgemental and I felt I could speak openly with her. I had told Carly I was quite creative, so we did a drawing activity and also used images to explore ideas. I found this really worked for me and helped me to visualise what I wanted to achieve. If anyone is nervous about coaching or is not sure if it can help them, I would urge them to just give it a try. It is a chance to explore what’s important to you and how to make small but significant changes to help improve your life in a supportive and motivating way."
